Who is the service for, and how many free sessions am I entitled to?

The service is intended for individuals and teams who want to develop or organize an idea, business, campaign, event, or project.

Each person aged 18–35 is entitled to up to two free sessions in total. The sessions do not renew annually and are not counted separately by topic, advisor, or new project.

What applies to teams and joint projects?

Each project or joint initiative can receive up to two free sessions in total, regardless of the number of team members.

The group session is recorded both under the project and the core members who participate. Changing the team’s name, representative, or composition does not create a new entitlement to free sessions for the same project.

Which topic should I choose?

Business Development focuses on clarifying your idea, identifying your target audience, defining the value you offer, shaping your operating model, exploring potential revenue streams and partnerships, and planning the next steps for growth.

Project Management focuses on defining the goal, implementation steps, timeline, roles, priorities, key risks, and the organization of projects, events, or campaigns.

If you’re not sure, you can mention it in the form and our team will guide you.

What does a consulting session include?

The session includes understanding your needs, asking focused questions, clarifying your options and challenges, providing practical feedback, and prioritizing your next steps.

The goal is for you to leave with greater clarity and up to three specific next steps.

The session lasts 45 minutes and can take place online or in person at the InfinityGreece Youth Center, by prior arrangement.

What is not included in the service?

legal, tax, or investment advice
guaranteed funding or business success
work carried out on your behalf
full preparation of a business plan or funding proposal
extensive market research
specialized technical advice in areas outside the consultants’ expertise

When a topic requires different expertise, we will let you know clearly.

What happens once the free sessions have been used?

After the two free sessions, you can continue at a cost of €20 per session, subject to consultant availability.

The same fee applies from the first session for individuals outside the 18–35 age range.

A receipt for services is issued for the session, or an invoice if requested using company billing details.

How do I book an appointment, and when will I receive a response?

You complete the short form describing your needs. Submitting the form constitutes a request and does not confirm an appointment.

Our team reviews your request, selects the most suitable consultant, and typically responds within two business days.

The appointment is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from our administrative team. Your personal data is used to manage your request, session, and the related service history.
