Team Leader & Coordinator
Each Club is led by a volunteer Team Leader & backed by an InfinityGreece Coordinator.
5–10 hours / week

What are InfinityGreece Volunteer Clubs?
Volunteer Clubs are thematic hubs for learning, collaboration & impact. Through regular meetups, hands-on training & real-world projects, members build skills, test ideas, and drive InfinityGreece initiatives forward.
This isn’t just a training program. Every member joins a team, takes ownership, and learns by doing.
Who can join?
Open to young people aged 18–30 based in Thessaloniki who want to learn, collaborate & make an impact through a structured volunteer experience.
You don’t need to be a student or have prior experience to join.
Do I need prior knowledge or skills?
No. You don’t need to be an expert.
What we look for is passion, a willingness to learn, consistency & teamwork. Inside the Club, you’ll learn directly from your Coordinator, Club Leaders, fellow members & industry pros.
Are meetups in-person or online?
Most meetups take place in person at the InfinityGreece Youth Hub in central Thessaloniki.

How much does it cost?
Joining the Volunteer Clubs costs €25 annually.
This annual fee supports our volunteer community & Youth Hub operations, covering tools, training, spaces & member activities. No hidden monthly fees—ever.
How are new members selected?
Once you apply, our team will reach out to invite you for an intro meetup at the Youth Hub.
In the meetup, we’ll dive into your interests, motivation & availability, while walking you through how our community operates. Final Club placement depends on your interests, culture fit & open spots.
What will I actually do as a Club member?
Based on your Club & timeline, you’ll get to:

Help organize live events
Design educational or social initiatives
Join workshops hosted by industry pros
Visit companies & organizations
Share what you’ve learned through Youth4Youth sessions

Yes. Active & experienced members can apply to step up as Club Leaders.
The role involves leading meetups, mentoring members & coordinating projects. Before stepping into the role, candidates complete a selection, onboarding & training process.
