This training will help participants to understand the value and potential of graphic facilitation inmaking their current and future activities more attractive and accessible to local youth. Participants will familiarize themselves and better understand different youth work approaches, and they will be prepared to introduce visual approaches to their youth work. This project will not only lead to animprovement of participants’ graphic facilitation skills but will also change participants’ way of thinkingand make them self-confident in communication and coaching other people. It will expand participants’ability to turn ideas into actions. It involves creativity, innovation, and risk-taking, as well as the ability toplan and manage projects in order to achieve objectives. The participants are going to be aware of thecontext of their work and they will be able to seize the opportunities that arise.
