Level App” is a Youth Workers’ Erasmus Training with the goal of improving the abilities in dealing with new technologies of 20 youth workers from 7 different European organizations from Armenia, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine, Greece, Moldova and Poland.
In the age of digitalization and social media, it is a challenge for youth workers to keep the attention of young people for a long period of time. This is why we need to provide new knowledge and skills on new technologies to professionals engaged with youth and to inspire them to introduce these technologies as a permanent element in their daily work.
The participants are 20 workers already experienced in the field, who want to have a positive impact on the quality of local projects and programs for youth. By improving their skills, they also improve the quality of the education their organizations provide to the local youth in these 7 countries.
