Empowerment project aims toprovide youth workers, leaders and representatives of youth organizations with the necessary skills and knowledgein relation to female entrepreneurship. The main objectives of the project are: 1) distinguish and reachconclusions on the difference between entrepreneurship andgender; 2) analyze the different treatment received by women and men in the workplace; 3) observe and learn about different work plans that will lead to improving the knowledge, skills and attitudes of the participants; 4) learn about the new EU programs in relation to supporting the entrepreneurship of young people and women.
